FRIENDS OF THE BAYLEY HOUSE MEETING

The meeting was held at the Bayley House Barn.

Aloha Adams. Thiaa Besan, John Crane, Colleen Moore, Carol O?Rourke, Kris Syversen, Jaime Tafoya, and Elizabeth Wanderscheid, attended the meeting.

The Dance/Barn Sale was discussed. Banner costs were to be explored by Jaime and Thiaa. Fliers are to go out September 2/3. Signs up by Labor Day weekend. Hours of the Dance to be 8-12 pm, date October 11,03. The Barn Sale to be held October 25th. Music will be provided by a disk jocky. Tickets will be $10 at the door. Ask GDRD if they can get Growlersberg to trim the weeds in the parking lot. We will sell wine and canned beer, 2 cases of Bud and 1 case of Bud Light. Thiaa will ask Bob Stacey to order for us at cost. Water can be gotten at Grocery Outlet, 24 bottles for $3.99. We will all donate 12 packs of soda. Thiaa will ask to use the Georgetown school stage. Corn stalks to be use as deco. Jaime and Elizabeth will do flyers. Jaime will contact KVMR and KFOK. Carol O. will sell our cups and T-shirts. Thiaa will get the use permits for both events. Aloha will do the newspaper articles and liquor permit.

Barn Sale - A bounce house was suggested. Aloha will contact Trisha about the hot dogs, etc., and will do the flyers. Booth space inside $25, outside to be $15. We will sell our cups and t-shirts. Newspapers will be contacted by Aloha.
